Goals
Starodub’s Three Primary Technical Goals:
- Getting the right data elements to address the needs of the clients, and getting the data elements right in terms of their reliability, accuracy, and precision by creating innovative data acquisition and analysis platforms.
- Increasing the efficiency of both the engineered prototypes and the deployment of the new technologies, minimize the manpower required to operate the technologies, and to minimize the impact of the data collection process within the environment in which it operates.
- Maximizing the use of computer simulations in a controlled software environment to optimize the process of scientific research and development balanced with focused field experiments.
